Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Residential Siding Installer to lead and assist in exterior siding installations, repairs, and replacements on single-family homes. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision work, maintains a safe job site, and delivers exceptional craftsmanship on every project.
What You'll Do:
Install various exterior siding systems, including James Hardie/fiber cement, vinyl, wood, and engineered wood siding.
Measure, cut, and fit siding, trim, soffit, fascia, and house wrap with clean, accurate cuts and weather-tight seals.
Inspect, repair, or replace damaged sub-framing, sheathing, and flashing as needed prior to installation.
Operate hand tools, power tools, brake equipment, and scaffolding safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while communicating professionally with homeowners and project managers.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years of proven residential siding installation experience (fiber cement/James Hardie experience preferred).
Skills: Proficiency with siding tools, aluminum brakes, power saws, pneumatic nailers, and hand tools.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, work comfortably at heights on ladders/scaffolding, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Requirements: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation to project sites around San Antonio, and your own basic hand tools.
Mindset: Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, punctual, and a team-first attitude.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour (Hourly rate commensurate with experience).
