Join our dynamic team as a Siding Installer or Experienced Siding Crew Member and bring your construction expertise to life! In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality siding materials on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an energetic environment where your skills in construction, safety protocols, and teamwork will shine. Compensation will be determined by experience level and employment type. Pay range is negotiable.

Duties

• Install different types of siding including vinyl, fiber cement, wood, metal, and other exterior cladding materials with precision and care.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and secure siding components according to specifications.
• Follow all construction safety regulations by utilizing safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and personal protective equipment at all times.
• Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently while adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean worksite by organizing tools and debris removal to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards on each project.
• Fabricate and install custom aluminum trim using a brake
• Install fascia, soffit, window and door wraps, flashing, and other exterior metal components
• Read and follow scopes of work and construction plans
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness
• Work safely and professionally on occupied residential homes

Skills

• Extensive metal brake and custom trim fabrication experience (required)
• Experience with James Hardie installation is also required
• Experience installing windows is ideal
• Ability to install siding that meets manufacturer specifications
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and fabrication equipment safely.
• Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including the proper use of safety harnesses and ladder safety protocols.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended outdoor work periods in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing joints and seams effectively.
