Novoa Marketing is seeking an energetic Sports-Minded Sales Representative to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with an athletic background or a competitive mindset who enjoys working toward goals and being part of a high-performing team.
In this role, you’ll represent well-known client brands through face-to-face marketing and sales in a retail setting. You’ll engage directly with customers, identify their needs, and recommend products and services that provide the right solutions. The ideal candidate is confident, coachable, quick to adapt, and motivated by both individual and team achievements.

Responsibilities

• Represent our clients and their brands in a professional and engaging manner through in-person marketing campaigns
• Connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services that best fit their individual situations
• Develop strong knowledge of client products, promotions, and sales strategies
• Work alongside team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Build positive customer relationships while delivering a professional and memorable experience
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to strengthen communication and sales abilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, athletics, or a competitive environment is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage comfortably with new people
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Open-minded and willing to learn new sales techniques and strategies
• Self-motivated with a team-first attitude, competitive drive, and desire to continuously improve
• A strong student mentality and willingness to receive coaching and feedback
